Briefly described :

You must give explicit permission to store certain data. You have the right to inspect, improve and delete from our systems. However, as an internet shop, we do not have to ask you for this permission as long as it only concerns address and email details and telephone number. However, we adhere to the GDPR regulation, which offers you as a consumer the opportunity to change your data yourself and to request it in your account. We do not give or sell your information to third parties. Your data is stored on secure servers at our hosting provider. The data that our subcontractor uses to pick your order and prepare it for shipment comes directly from our website and is not stored there.

Personal data we keep :

Name, first name, address, municipality, country, telephone number and email address.

Banking and credit card details are neither stored nor processed with us, for this we use secure payment settings. This setting only informs us whether a payment transaction was successful or not. (see further "Payment Processors")

If you do not want your data to be saved, you can order as a 'guest'. You must then enter your details each time you place an order.

If there is a data breach, you and the privacy committee will be notified within 24 hours.

OSM LTD has a central GDPR administrator and point of contact, who can be reached via gdpr@onsam.eu.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data. This regulation strengthens citizens' fundamental rights in the digital age and facilitates trade by simplifying the rules for businesses in the Digital Single Market. Because there is now only a single law, fragmentation and expensive red tape will come to an end. The regulation entered into force on 24 May 2016 and will apply from 25 May 2018.
